Antica Dolceria Rizza entrusted the
task of certifying both the IFS Standard (InternationalFood Standard) and the
BRC Global Standard for Food Safety to the CSQA. IFS and BRC represent a
certified model in both Europe and around the world regarding licensed food
safety standards from the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), an
international program whose main purpose is to strengthen and promote food
security throughout the supply chain.
In compliance with these international
control systems, Antica Dolceria Rizza daily produces Modica chocolate in
accordance with safety and food quality standards by obtaining Product
Certifications: BRC - Global Standard for Food Safety version 7 with the
highest double level "AA" class; IFS - International Food Standard
with "High Level".
